Trent Green Traded to the Miami Dolphins

Trent Green,of the Kansas City Chiefs has finally gotten his wish. He is now with the Miami Dolphins. He was traded for a conditional pick. That is all the information I have for the moment.

Although, I will say this. This improves the Miami Dolphins. Trent Green doesn’t receive enough credit.

Jeremy,

The deal isn’t done yet or even confirmed. Green will still have to pass a physical.

It is also another incredibly dumb move by Miami. I’ve detailed Miami’s hapless QB moves of the last 4 years. Is one year of Green(and that’s all it will be) worth a fourth or fifth round pick? Miami is going to stink this year, with or without Green. Why not just let Lemon start, Beck at #2 and Culpepper as #3? The #3 doesn’t play anyway and Miami did it on the cheap last year with Matthews, why not do it the same next year if they don’t want to carry Culpepper.

Miami has traded picks for Feely, Harrington, Culpepper, Lemon and soon to be Green. In 2008 none of those five are likely to be in a Dolphin uniform.

Cheers,

Bill

Bill, I couldn’t disagree more. It’s no secret I am a Broncos fan. And, because of this I have seen a lot of Trent Green. And, he improves the Dolphins.

As for Lemon starting. It reminds me of a mistake Shanahan made. You might remember Griese. Thrown to the wolves. Shanahan believes he ruined his career.
