Think about it, if these clowns are suing the Patriots and have to pay for all of the Patriots legal fees if they loose all the Patriots have to do is hire every sports attorney in the united states (we'll be nice, and stop after retaining 3,000 attorneys) and have them keep filing motions with the court resulting in hundred of millions of dollars in legal fees. The simple process of jacking up their legal fees would VERY easily exceed what they are asking for. :) The Patriots just won this hands down and if they do go to court they�ll have a great time doing so.
