I expect that they will take a big step backwards. even if they get Leach, they won't have the personnel to run his system for several years. Plus, Leach is being courted by more than Auburn, and Tech will likely offer him money to stay as well. In all honesty he has a better chance of national title at Tech next year than he does at Auburn.
